LET’S MAXIMISE THE
HAPPINESS OF YOUR Students

UnleashCBT gives students practical, evidence-based knowledge about how their thoughts and behaviours affect the way they feel.

The aim is not to tell students how they should think or live, but to give them useful information and the choice to use it in ways that work for them.

The Second Sentence

Most students know how to ask a friend if they’re okay. The harder part is knowing what to say when the answer is, “Not really.”

This session helps students feel more confident continuing that conversation. Through practical examples and discussion, they explore different ways to listen, respond and support someone without feeling like they need to have all the answers.
