No. All presentations are designed for people with no previous knowledge of CBT. The information is explained clearly from the beginning, with practical examples that make it easy to follow.

UnleashCBT requires access to a screen or projector with sound, along with enough space for the group to participate comfortably. Any other setup requirements will be confirmed before the session.
