Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
-
CBT
CBT is one of the most common types of treatment recommended to people who are experiencing the initial symptoms of Anxiety and Depression.
CBT helps uncover how a persons thoughts, feelings and behaviours are all working together, how they are impacting someone and how they can be changed to maximise happiness. -
CBT Presentation
We run a range of CBT Presentations for Schools, Parents and Businesses.
These presentations are all uniquely designed to have maximum impact on the audience.

Evidence Based
There is a large evidence base supporting the principles used throughout the presentation.
These theories are often complicated and hard to understand. Unleash CBT simplifies this to ensure everyone can learn the principles to maximise happiness in their own lives. -
The Gold Nugget
Through the design of this presentation we wanted to provide a skill that everyone could use as soon as they walked out.
Whether it is knowing how to make yourself feel a bit better when you are down, highlighting the behaviours that make you smile or understanding the thoughts that can be effecting you, this session will have an immediate impact. -
Happiness Passport
The Happiness Passport is a booklet that is filled out during the session. Each participant will receive and take home their own Happiness Passport.
It includes information about CBT and tips to assist everyone to work through any difficult periods. -
Fun
Mental Health can be a difficult subject to talk about.
Through the support of our accredited therapy dog, music and a range of activities we aim to make this presentation as fun as possible. This ensures everyone remembers the information and the time spent learning it. -
Animal Assisted Intervention
In the same way CBT is heavily evidence based so is having animals involved in programs. That is the reason we have Larry.
In a 2020 journal, Animal Assisted Intervention was ‘shown to improve patient satisfaction, energy levels, self-esteem, and mood, as well as decrease depression.’
